Natasha Sahni is an associate at the firm and has four years of experience in relation to employment law, general corporate law, litigation, and regulatory compliances.
Natasha has advised domestic and multinational clients on issues relating to contract workers, provident fund trusts, disciplinary action, employee termination, redundancy and reduction in force exercises across India, sexual harassment policies, employee handbooks and general day-to-day advice on issues relating to employment and labour-related statutes.
She advises companies in relation to labour and compliance-related queries, and the structuring of internal regulatory policies. She is also involved in conducting on-site labour compliance audits and assisting clients in periodic inspections conducted by the officials of the labour department under various labour statutes.
In particular, she has represented private sector companies before Delhi High Court, the central and state labour courts in Delhi, Noida and Gurgaon, the civil courts in Delhi, Gurgaon and Noida, the authorities under the Payment of Gratuity Act 1972, the Delhi Shops and Establishments Act 1954, the Minimum Wages Act 1948 and others, the Conciliation Officer under the Industrial Disputes Act 1947 in Delhi and Noida. She has also appeared before the Provident Fund Appellate Tribunal.
