Nathan Swire is an associate at the Washington DC office of White & Case. His practice focuses on commercial litigation and investigations, serving clients in international industry and the defence sector. He is also highly active in the firm’s pro bono practice, including before the Court of Veterans Claims and on behalf of a class of inmates challenging the use of solitary confinement in Virginia prisons.
Nathan clerked for the Hon Judge William Young of the District of Massachusetts prior to joining White & Case. He is a graduate of Harvard Law School and Dartmouth College, and served as an infantry officer in the United States Army.
