Peter Mosimann is a founding partner of Wenger Plattner, since 2016 practicing as of counsel. Peter Mosimann acts on the following teams: Intellectual Property, Art Law & Entertainment Law and Life Sciences & Health Law. He has extensive experience in advising private and public sector arts and cultural organizations as well as governments on art law matters, including theater, musicals, the visual arts, film and publishing. He advises companies on intellectual property issues, especially with respect to health law and life sciences. He is particularly adept at handling contentious work involving copyright and art law as well as life sciences and health law.
He has a strong track record in complex contractual projects and restructuring, with a particular focus on outsourcing.
Peter Mosimann is a regular speaker at national and international seminars and conferences and publishes on IP, art law and entertainment law. From 2005 to 2014, he was a lecturer in intellectual property and art law for the Faculty of Law at the University of Basel.
