Psalm Cheung is an associate in Blakes’ competition, antitrust and foreign investment group. Her practice focuses on all aspects of competition law, including merger review, joint ventures and strategic alliances, criminal and civil investigations, marketing and distribution practices and regulatory compliance matters. She also advises on foreign investment merger review under the Investment Canada Act.
Psalm has worked with clients across a number of industries, including consumer products, technology, travel and energy. She has been involved in various complex and high-profile transactions, including LVMH/Tiffany, Google/Fitbit and Equinix/BCE Inc.
Psalm obtained her joint JD/MBA from Osgoode Hall Law School and the Schulich School of Business at York University in 2018 and holds a bachelor of business administration degree (honours) from the Schulich School of Business.
