Ramona Dulamea is a senior associate in the CMS Bucharest energy team, with a focus on oil and gas and electricity. With over 15 years’ experience, Ramona specialises in energy regulatory matters, commercial contracts and corporate issues for companies operating in the energy sector and within the Central and Eastern Europe and the Black Sea region. She advises clients on a wide range of energy, upstream and mining-related matters, including advice on: regulatory aspects in connection with the energy and oil and gas sectors in Romania; mergers and acquisitions; legal due diligence reviews; and drafting or contributing to legislative amendments in the energy filed (renewable energy, oil and gas, and mining). She has also been involved in numerous commercial projects (commercial and business law, public acquisitions, corporate and labour law, energy law, renewable projects, real estate and consumer protection) and her practice also includes: negotiations and representing clients in public bids (both national and international); negotiations with various local and foreign state authorities; negotiations of production sharing agreements, LoIs, MoUs, head of terms; and assistance on corporate structure and company reorganisation. She holds an MA in environmental law and coordinates the environmental work within the energy department.
