Ryosuke Nishimoto deals with various antitrust-related cases based on his experience working at the Japan Fair Trade Commission, as well as general corporate legal affairs including a period of secondment to the legal department of a major listed manufacturing company. He also has extensive experience in a wide variety of dispute matters, usually as an attorney representing employers in personnel and labour affairs, including cases relating to dismissals, overtime, employee evaluations, disciplinary actions, harassment, worker injuries, rejection of collective bargaining through litigation, labour tribunals, mediation, labour commissions, and so forth. He also provides employers with legal support to prevent and solve problems with workers and to raise compliance awareness to encourage a good working environment. In addition, he has co-written books and papers and held seminars for employers.
