Saifullah Khan is an international trade, IT and policy lawyer, with 20 years’ experience in international trade policy and legal advisory services, serving a large client base in the domestic and international market. He is a very successful and renowned anti-dumping lawyer not only in Pakistan but in various jurisdictions because of his rich experience and expertise in WTO trade defence laws. He has been engaged in more than 85 per cent of the anti-dumping investigations initiated by the National Tariff Commission of the Ministry of Commerce (Pakistan) to date and has been providing trade remedial consultancy services to the domestic industry in Pakistan, as well as a large number of foreign producers and exporters in various countries. Mr Khan has been writing and presenting papers on subjects relating to international trade law, competition law, dispute settlement, preferential trade agreements, data protection and e-commerce, and trade in services, among others. To stay abreast of developments in trade and other related policies, Mr Khan attended an executive education programme on mastering trade policy from Harvard Kennedy School, Boston, United States. He is an Advocate of the High Court, a member of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan and a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
