Suhan was called to the Bar of England and Wales and is currently practising as an advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. Suhan is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), UK, and has 12 years of experience as an arbitration practitioner, with a focus on energy, construction and infrastructure projects. Suhan has successfully represented and advised multiple MNCs and IOCs as well as some of the world’s leading oil, gas and energy corporations and contractors in both contentious and non-contentious matters in Bangladesh. He has also acted as the lead counsel in some of Bangladesh’s largest construction and infrastructure projects and several international arbitrations. Suhan is frequently instructed by top-tier international law firms to assist with matters involving the jurisdiction of Bangladesh.
