Temitope’s core areas of expertise are banking, finance and private equity. She advises on all aspects of financial transactions, including stand-alone debt issues and debt programmes, both public and private, domestic and offshore; syndicated and term lending; derivatives; general banking finance; and general commercial and corporate lending. She also provides advice on acquisitions for private equity funds, including structuring. She was a part of the team that recently advised the subsidiary of a leading Nigerian oil and gas company in connection with its US$29 million financing, and the team that represented the fund manager of a private equity fund in relation to the US$8,740 million acquisition of a minority equity shareholding in a major pharmaceutical company in Nigeria. She is a part of the firm’s knowledge management initiative team and has contributed extensively to research and thought leadership.
