Themelis Zamparas is a senior associate at Dryllerakis & Associates. He graduated (with honours) from the University of Athens law school in 2015 and is an LLM graduate of New York University (Fulbright Scholar, 2016).
Themelis has been actively involved in most of the competition cases handled by the firm, ranging from cases litigated before the Hellenic Competition Commission to antitrust due diligence and the provision of day-to-day compliance advice to industry leaders. He is also active in corporate law, and mergers and acquisitions.
He has authored articles on competition law matters published by Nomiki Bibliothiki and has been integral in authoring the firm’s published codification of Greek and EU competition legislative texts, including an English translation that is also the only translation of the Greek competition law published in the Greek market to date.
As well as being a member of the Greek Bar (courts of first instance), Themelis is also a qualified US attorney and member of the New York State Bar Association.
Themelis is fluent in English, French and Spanish, in addition to his native Greek.
