Thomas Brönnimann is a partner and member of the NKF corporate M&A, capital markets and banking, finance and regulatory teams. His practice focuses on capital markets, and private and public M&A transactions, with a particular focus on listed entities and other large enterprises.
Mr Brönnimann has extensive experience in large corporate M&A and capital markets transactions. He represents issuers and investment banks in IPOs, rights offerings, convertible bonds, PIPE transactions, block trades and other capital market transactions, and advises listed companies on corporate law and governance matters, and securities regulations. His M&A practice includes both public tender offers and private transactions for strategic and financial buyers and sellers. He represents clients before the Swiss Takeover Board. Other areas of work include financings through the credit spectrum.
From 2007 to 2009, Mr Brönnimann was the legal counsel of a Swiss-based, privately owned investment company responsible for the company’s private and public M&A activities in Switzerland and abroad. He is recognised by Chambers Global and Chambers Europe for his strong technical skills, responsiveness and the breadth of his experience.
