Mr Tianren Li is an associate in King & Wood Mallesons’ dispute resolution practice. Mr Li specialises in corporate litigation, product liability, engineering construction disputes, foreign-related litigation and arbitration.
Mr Li has participated in dozens of domestic and international litigation and arbitration-related proceedings in the areas of product liability, contracts, corporate law, financing and foreign investment.
Mr Li joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2015. Prior to joining King & Wood Mallesons, Mr Li did his internship in the litigation department of the New York office of Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker LLP. Mr Li subsequently worked in a state-owned credit insurance corporation, handling recovery and collection regarding import and export matters in south-east coastal areas of China.
Mr Li received his LLB degree from China University of Political Science and Law and his LLM degree from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. He has been admitted to practise in both China and New York.
Mr Li’s working languages are Chinese and English.
