Umay Rona provides advice on all matters of competition law covering merger control procedures and risk management strategies related to both domestic and cross-border transactions. Ms Rona advises a wide range of clients in preliminary and fully fledged cartel and abuse of dominance investigations initiated by the Turkish Competition Authority. She also conducts follow-on competition litigation.
Ms Rona assists local and multinational clients with their day-to-day competition and regulatory compliance matters, provides advice during on-the-spot inspections and prepares compliance programmes such as competition law training.
