Urs Hoffmann-Nowotny is a partner in the Zurich office of Schellenberg Wittmer Ltd and a member of the firm’s dispute resolution group. He graduated Dr iur from Zurich University and was admitted to the Bar in Switzerland in 2006. Urs Hoffmann-Nowotny’s practice focuses on domestic and international litigation and arbitration. He advises and represents parties before Swiss courts and arbitral tribunals in a wide range of commercial matters. He has special expertise in banking litigation, having acted as counsel to financial services providers in numerous disputes with private and institutional clients, as well as in corporate law disputes and in proceedings for enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards, including civil attachments.
