Victor Hugo graduated from the law school of Mackenzie Presbyterian University in 2013 and advises companies seeking to adapt their business practices to local, state and federal regulations, with particular emphasis on the healthcare and life sciences areas.

Victor Hugo studies the changes and innovations in the related markets, working with clients in the regulatory, corporate and contractual perspectives. He draws upon 10 years of expertise in health law and ANVISA, ANS and MAPA regulations, regularly advising on matters involving clinical trial, medical and pharmaceutical matters, agreements, administrative proceedings, and M&A in the health sector. He also works as a secondee in health companies or others arising from highly regulated sectors.
