Wenting’s expertise covers a broad range of antitrust and regulatory issues in China, Hong Kong and throughout the Asia Pacific, including merger control, foreign investment review, antitrust investigations, distribution arrangements, abuse of dominance, issues relating to intellectual property and antitrust law and antitrust compliance. She advises client in a broad range of sectors, including financial services, life sciences, energy and mining, fast moving consumer goods, media, logistics and information technology.
