Mr Jin is a partner at JunHe and currently practises at our Shanghai office.

In 2007, Mr Jin started his legal career at another leading Chinese law firm based in Beijing where he accumulated extensive experience for various corporate, foreign direct investment and M&A projects. In 2007, Mr Jin moved to Seoul to join Kim & Chang, the largest and most prominent Korean law firm. At Kim & Chang, Mr Jin greatly expanded his scope of practice and, especially in the wake of the 2008 financial crisis, Mr Jin was engaged in various types of dispute resolution work, largely arising out of cross-border transactions involving different jurisdictions such as mainland China, South Korea, Hong Kong and Taiwan. From 2015 to 2017, Mr Jin worked at Kobre & Kim, a New York-based law firm dedicated only to cross-border disputes and investigations.

Mr Jin is very experienced in the area of commercial and corporate litigation and arbitration and has handled many cases relating to cross-border investment, joint ventures, equity transfer and repurchase, change of control, deadlock resolution and other corporate governance-related disputes.

Mr Jin is currently an arbitrator at KCAB and Qingdao Arbitration Commission.
