Xavier is a Senior Associate in McCullough Robertson’s construction and infrastructure group focusing primarily on construction disputes.
He acts for employers, owners, principals, contractors, subcontractors, state and local governments in the infrastructure, construction and transport industries.
Xavier advises clients in construction litigation and other dispute resolution processes to resolve contractual claims. He has experience dealing with variation, delay and disruption, latent condition, extension of time and defective work claims.
In addition to construction litigation experience, Xavier also has a background in commercial litigation dealing with private sector clients in contractual disputes, shareholder disputes and mining and resources disputes. He has also acted for clients in Royal Commissions and Commissions of Inquiry, and has experience in the Native Title space.
Xavier has a commercial approach to managing and settling disputes and ensures that his clients benefit not only from legal expertise and experience, but also his commercial acumen.
