Mr Xinyu Li is an associate in King & Wood Mallesons’ dispute resolution practice. Mr. Li specialises in corporate litigation, joint venture dispute resolution, international litigation and arbitration, PE dispute resolution and product liability.
Mr Li has participated in dozens of the domestic and international litigation and arbitration-related proceedings in the areas of corporate, contract, securities, product liability and foreign investment. He has represented clients before the courts at various levels in China, as well as at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, Beijing Arbitration Commission and Singapore International Arbitration Centre. He also has experience of assisting clients to respond in proceedings before foreign courts.
Mr Li joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2010. Prior to joining King & Wood Mallesons, Mr Li did his internship in the New York office of a Wall Street firm, with its securities department.
Mr Li received his LLB and LLM degree from Southwest University of Political Science and Law and his second LLM degree from Temple Law School. He was admitted to practice in China in 2008.
Mr Li’s working languages are Chinese and English.
