Zunxia Li is a Chinese patent attorney, Chinese attorney-at-law and partner in charge of legal affairs of IP March. She received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China and a master’s degree from the China University of Political Science and Law. She has practiced patent-related legal affairs for over 15 years. Her technical background is electromechanical and automatic control. Her practice covers patent search, re-examination, invalidation, legal opinion, licensing and assignment, contract matters and litigation in the mechanics, electronics, chemistry and other high-tech related areas. Before joining IP March, Ms Li practiced in other well-known IP firms in China for many years. She is very familiar with China’s legal system and legal practice, and, with her professional skills, can always advise her clients appropriately and constructively. With rich practical experience, Ms. Li has assisted her clients, many of which are well-known around the world, to successfully resolve various legal matters in China, particularly patent invalidation and litigation, and some cases she represented were selected as typical cases by China’s courts and the China Patent Office.
