Edmond Richards is a director in Accuracy’s forensics, litigation and arbitration practice and is based in London. He has over 10 years’ experience in the assessment of damages arising from treaty and contract breaches, including contentious valuations. Edmond has recently been appointed as an expert witness in arbitrations under LCIA, ICC and SCAI rules, and is recognised by Who’s Who Legal as a future leader (mining experts, 2021).

Edmond has also given expert advice in the context of non-contentious valuations, transactions and investigations, as well as performing preliminary claim assessments for corporates, their legal advisers and third-party funders. Edmond has a broad range of sector experience, including mining, manufacturing, TMT, automotive, airline, consumer goods and hospitality.

Edmond is a qualified accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He holds a first-class honours degree in Physics from Imperial College London. He is a native English speaker, with intermediate knowledge of French and Spanish.
