Emilio Carrandi has been practising EU competition law since he joined DLA Piper’s Madrid office in September 2014. His areas of expertise include general EU and national antitrust advice on matters including vertical and horizontal agreements, cooperation between competitors in trading associations, assistance before the Spanish competition authority in connection with investigations and national and European merger control procedures. He gained his law and economics degrees from the University of Deusto and holds an LLM master's degree from the San Pablo CEU University of Madrid.
