Peta-Anne Barrow is a member of the labour and employment law department, co-head of the international privacy and data security group and a resident in the London office.

Peta-Anne has extensive labour and employment law experience in the UK and internationally. Contentious work includes employment tribunal claims, such as unfair dismissal and unlawful discrimination and High Court proceedings, such as the enforcement of restrictive covenants and bonus disputes. Non-contentious work includes board-level reorganisations and executive terminations, drafting senior-level employment contracts and bonus plans, advising on redundancies and restructurings and dealing with the employment aspects of corporate transactions such as acquisitions, outsourcings and takeovers, often cross-border. She has been involved in the employment aspects of various large transactions.

Peta-Anne is a co-author of Proskauer on Privacy and also speaks regularly on international data privacy and security matters at in-house and external conferences.
