Mr Jianwei (Jerry) Fang is a partner based in the Shanghai and Beijing offices of Global Law Office, focusing on dispute resolution, compliance and investigation, general corporate and regulatory matters. 

As a former Chinese judge and attorney admitted in China and New York, Mr Fang specialises in dispute resolution, investigation as well as regulatory compliance. In commercial litigation and arbitration, he represents domestic and international clients in cases involving commercial contracts, international trade, intellectual property, construction, employment, competition and trade secrecy matter. In the areas of white-collar crime, compliance and anti-corruption matters, Mr Fang represents companies in internal investigation and coordination with government authorities, as well as assists multinational corporations in designing tailored compliance and internal control programmes addressing the Chinese market and regulatory risks. 

Prior to joining Global Law, Mr Fang worked with Cleary Gottlieb Steen Hamilton LLP in New York and Beijing and Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP in Hong Kong. Mr Fang frequently publishes articles and commentaries on Chinese law and is widely consulted and quoted by legal media. Mr Fang earned his LLB from East China University of Politics & Law and LLM/JD from Columbia Law School. 

Mr D’Auro received his law degree from the National University of Mar del Plata (Argentina, 1997), and an LLM from the London School of Economics (United Kingdom, 2000).
