Kee Yeng’s areas of practice encompass mergers and acquisitions (for both public and private companies), equity capital markets and corporate advisory work for financial institutions and public companies listed on the Singapore Exchange. Kee Yeng has advised on some of the most high profile mergers and acquisitions in Singapore in recent years, and has acted for sovereign wealth funds, private equity firms and multinational conglomerates in an extensive range of domestic and cross-border transactions including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and private equity investments. She is also actively involved in the listing of structured warrant programmes on the Singapore Exchange.
Kee Yeng has been recognised for her work in corporate/M&A in Chambers Global, Chambers Asia-Pacific and IFLR1000.
Kee Yeng graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2001 with an LLB (hons) degree and holds a BCL from the University of Oxford. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a justices’ law clerk and as an assistant registrar with the Supreme Court of Singapore.
