Raquel Galvão Silva is an associate in the Linklaters dispute resolution department in the Lisbon office and also integrates the IP group. Her recent practice has focused on litigation and arbitration particularly related to contractual, construction, public law and intellectual property disputes.

Raquel has an LLM in international arbitration from Queen Mary University of Law, a master’s degree in company law from the Lisbon Nova University School of Law and completed a postgraduate course in intellectual property at the Lisbon University School of Law. She is also a member of the Portuguese Arbitration Association and of the Commission on Intellectual Property of the ICC.

Raquel is the author of several publications and regularly takes part in conferences related to international commercial arbitration and intellectual property.
