Géry Bombeke is a partner in the tax practice group of Baker McKenzie’s Brussels office. He was admitted to the Brussels Bar in 2001 and joined the firm in 2004. He became a partner in 2010.

Géry advises multinationals and Belgian companies on international tax planning and transfer pricing. He has an extensive experience in advising on different transfer pricing models and assisting clients with obtaining advance pricing agreements. Together with the tax dispute resolution team, he also assists his clients in administrative and judicial procedures following transfer pricing adjustments. Géry has great experience with mutual agreement procedures.

Géry is a lecturer at the University Center Leuven Limburg. He has a law degree from the University of Ghent, a master’s degree in tax law from the Vlerick Management School, a master’s degree in company law from the Catholic University of Brussels and a degree in international tax planning from ULB Solvay Business School.
