Georgina Foster is the Australian head of the competition and regulation group and an acknowledged expert in competition law in Australia.
Georgina regularly advises clients on investigations into alleged breaches of competition law. She has acted for clients on global cartel investigations, including acting for clients on leniency applications. Georgina also regularly advises clients on a range of other competition law issues in relation to joint ventures and strategic alliances, mergers and acquisitions, as well as distribution structures. Georgina is highly engaged with international competition law developments, particularly in the Asia-Pacific region where competition law is developing rapidly, and works closely with her regional and global colleagues on many multi-jurisdictional competition law matters.
